Managing DirectorAnil is a Naval Architect with over 30 years’ experience in leading and delivering multi-disciplinary marine infrastructure projects to owners, developers, contractors, and consulting engineers. These include specialised floating structures for industrial and high-end commercial applications, marina improvements, shipyard development projects and independent ship design reviews. He has led delivery of a range of services that include feasibility studies, concept design, detailed engineering design, expert advice, project management, construction supervision management and post-delivery follow-up. He has also led Naval Defence projects for newbuild of patrol vessels and tank landing ships that involved finalisation of technical specifications and test protocols, conducting design reviews, inspections and testing, and sea-trials.
SUDIP SARKAR
Executive DirectorSudip is a Naval Architect with over 20 years’ experience in providing naval architecture and project management services to major ship owners, ship managers, government bodies and consultants around the world. These services include feasibility studies, engineering design and contract management, contract negotiations, construction supervision management, post-delivery troubleshooting, management of guarantee matters and overall project coordination. He has experience in managing projects in major shipbuilding and dry-docking hubs in Asia and Europe. These projects include ship newbuilding, conversions, retrofits, and dry-docking. He also has extensive experience in projects involving floating structures, surveys, navigation simulations and mooring analysis.
CHUNG KIAN FAH
Technical Manager - Marine Civil StructureChung has 20 years of experience in the design and construction of civil and structural engineering projects, including residential and industrial buildings and a variety of marine structures such as jetties, wharves, and quay walls. He has led and managed project teams in different stages of the project development cycle, from feasibility studies and conceptual design, through detailed engineering design and tender support, to technical support and inspection during construction. He also has significant expertise and experience in the evaluation and condition assessment of existing structures, and investigation and repair of damaged structures.
VIVEK KUMAR GUPTA
Technical Manager - Naval ArchitectureVivek is a Naval Architect with over 13 years’ experience in managing and delivering naval architectural services to clients such as shipyards, ship management companies, ship owners, contractors, port operators, government organisations and marine consultants. These services include naval architectural calculations (such as mooring analysis, motion analysis and stability analysis), navigation simulations, finite element analysis of structures, fatigue life studies, design of jack-up structures, basic and detailed engineering design of floating structures, project management, construction supervision and ship inspections for projects in various countries.

Project Manager - Marine Civil StructureMuthu is a Gold Medallist in Civil Engineering (BE) from Anna University, Chennai, India. She holds an M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering with specialisation in Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore. She has over 10 years’ experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer for offshore, marine and bridge engineering projects in several countries. Her experience includes project management and working as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver conceptual design, front-end engineering design, tender design, detailed engineering design, and construction technical support for projects. She is well-versed in international codes and standards and is proficient in various structural and geotechnical software.
Thiepan Elayathamby
Senior Maritime EngineerThiepan is a maritime Civil & Structural Engineer with 25 years of practical experience in all stages of project delivery, including management, planning, conceptual and detailed structural design, engineering review, site supervision, and construction stage services. His experiences include structural design for bulk terminals, oil & gas terminals, onshore industrial structures,structural assessments for marine structures for modification/strengthening, post-accident investigations, and involvement in port redevelopments and expansions.

CAD DesignerMay is a CAD Designer with 14 years’ experience in civil and structural drafting for a wide variety of building and infrastructure projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is skilled in AutoCAD and Revit. May’s particular area of experience is in coastal infrastructure projects, including ports, power plants, land reclamation, breakwaters, revetments, seawalls, quay walls, jetties, wharves, and floating pontoons. This experience has given her a detailed understanding of the requirements for planning, design, and construction of ports, marine terminals, and other coastal structures.

These projects include residential developments, industrial complexes, maritime infrastructure and coastal developments.
